Cancellations/Rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class time are eligible for a refund (minus a 5% payment processing fee). Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund. Students may reschedule at no cost if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the class will incur a 50% rescheduling fee to cover site costs. Failure to attend scheduled class without prior notice (no call/no show) will result in forfeiture of the full course fee and will not be eligible for rescheduling. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late without notifying the instructor via call or text will be considered a no call/no show. Courses that include online/digital content are non-refundable.
Weather Conditions
All classes are conducted rain or shine. classes will proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions unless those conditions present a legitimate safety risk. Classes may be delayed, modified, or canceled if conditions are deemed unsafe. All decisions regarding safety and class continuation are made at the discretion of the instructor or site manager. If a class is canceled due to unsafe conditions, students will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full credit toward a future class. Weather related concerns do not qualify as a valid reason for cancellation by the student. Standard cancellation policy will remain in effect regardless of weather conditions, so we ask that you monitor weather conditions prior to the class date and dress/prepare appropriately.
Photos/Videos
Photos and videos may be permitted in certain courses and prohibited in others. Students must obtain approval from the instructor prior to capturing any photos or videos during class. Failure to comply may result in removal from the course.
Alcohol/Drug Use
For safety reasons, any student who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be removed from the class at the instructor’s discretion. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Returns
Merchandise returned must be in proper condition and returned within 30 day(s) of delivery. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and all shipping and handling costs.
