Cancellations

All cancellations require at least 48 hours notice in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded. Students may reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the class shall be subject to a 50% rescheduling fee. No call/no shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. Any student arriving more than 10 minutes after scheduled time will be considered a no call/no show. Courses containing online content are ineligible for refunds.

Weather Conditions

All classes are conducted rain or shine. classes will proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions unless those conditions present a legitimate safety risk. Classes may be delayed, modified, or canceled if conditions are deemed unsafe. All decisions regarding safety and class continuation are made at the discretion of the instructor or site manager. If a class is canceled due to unsafe conditions, students will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full credit toward a future class. Weather related concerns do not qualify as a valid reason for cancellation by the student. Standard cancellation policy will remain in effect regardless of weather conditions, so we ask that you monitor weather conditions prior to the class date and dress/prepare appropriately.

Photos/Videos

Photos/videos are permitted in some courses and strictly prohibited in others. Please inquire with your instructor prior to taking any photos or videos during a class.

Alcohol/Drug Use

​

Any student suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be removed from the class at the instructor's discretion and will not be issued a refund.

Returns

​

Merchandise returned must be in proper condition and returned within 30 day(s) of delivery. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and all shipping and handling costs.
