Cancellations

All cancellations require at least 48 hours notice in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded. Students may reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the class shall be subject to a 50% rescheduling fee. No call/no shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. Any student arriving more than 10 minutes after scheduled time will be considered a no call/no show.

Photos/Videos

Photos/videos are permitted in some courses and strictly prohibited in others. Please inquire with your instructor prior to taking any photos or videos during a class.

Alcohol/Drug Use

​

Any student suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be removed from the class at the instructor's discretion and will not be issued a refund.

Returns

​

Merchandise returned must be in proper condition and returned within 30 day(s) of delivery. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and all shipping and handling costs.
